Dr. Christen Russell

Dr. Russell is a behavioral scientist and transformational coach. She is a lifelong learner and leader in radically nurturing human dignity and development. As a transformational co-facilitator and founder of The Alchemists’ Gardens, Christen cultivates space and creates access for aligned and wholehearted action. As the Coordinator of Online Instruction and Course Development at Endicott College, she leads a clinical immersion for doctoral students in Cultural Responsivity in Academia, serves as the ACE Coordinator, and leads the department integration of compassion and integrity into all master’s level courses.
