Justin E. Castillo, MS, BCBA, LBA

Justin E. Castillo is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst currently serving as the Behavioral Director for a non-profit organization in the New York metro area. He has dedicated his career to improving the quality of services for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. While also prioritizing the growth and development of the staff he works alongside.

Justin’s research interests include the application of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), guided by the values of compassion, equity, and dignity for all individuals. In addition, he focuses on Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), with an emphasis on systems analysis and creating psychologically safe environments. He is deeply committed to inclusive, person-centered care and to amplifying the voices of individuals who may not be able to advocate for themselves. Justin works to bridge research and practice through interdisciplinary collaboration and the training of future behavior analysts.
